BY CONTINUING TO USE THE ICOACHCRICKET WEBSITE (WEBSITE) YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU ACCEPT THE GENERAL WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE TERMS OF USE SET OUT BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE GENERAL WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THESE TERMS OF USE YOU MUST LEAVE THIS WEBSITE IMMEDIATELY
  1. Privacy. Your privacy, and that of each other person whose information you provide to us, is important to us. Please see the ECB’s Privacy Policy for details of what personal information is collected and how it will be used and protected.
  2. Site users. There are 3 categories of users for this Website:
    USER TYPE DESCRIPTION
    General An individual who is interested in seeing the resources available on this Website. All general users must be 16 years of age or over unless the ECB gives specific permission to a younger person).
    Coach Education
    (by ECB invitation only)
    A person who is on or has been on an ECB approved coach education course or workshop and is approved by the ECB to have access to this Website. All Coach Education users must be 17 years of age or over (unless the ECB gives specific permission to a younger person),
    ECB Coaches Association
    (by ECB invitation only)
    A person who is a current and fully paid up member of the ECB Coaches Association and is approved by the ECB to have access to this Website. All Coaches Association users must be 18 years of age or over (unless the ECB gives specific permission to a younger person).
    The content available through this Website will vary according to the User type.
  3. Registration. Users of this Website may be required to register in order to use certain facilities or services.

    The ECB is not under any obligation to accept a request for registration and reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time if:
    • For all users: your continued use is believed to prejudice the ECB or its systems or services or other users
    • For Coach Education and Coaches Association users. You are under a ban or suspension from cricket coaching, you do not have a clear Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS Certificate where you are required to have one) or you are in default of any of the ECB’s terms and conditions that apply to you including non-payment of any course fees or subscriptions.

    Technique. All images within the technical sections of each stage of development in the materials on this Website are designed to represent what a player’s technique may or can look like at the particular stage. They do not depict best practice or illustrate a technical model and you must not rely upon as doing so. A start of stage is designed to follow on from the end of the previous stage in a building block approach. The developmental practices are aimed at enabling you to help the player towards the end of stage outcome.
    Physicality. Before selecting exercises from the physical sections you must determine the volume, intensity and duration of practice required and ensure that the activity is appropriate for the players in your session. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you have taken every reasonable precaution to ensure player safety, including by carrying out rigorous risk assessment. If you are unsure about any of the exercises or about technique you should seek advice from a qualified strength and conditioning practitioner before embarking on the exercise or technique.
    Qualification. You must always consider the formal qualification(s) that you hold when planning for and delivering coaching sessions.
  5. Additional license terms. The license terms in our General Terms and Conditions are extended to include the following restriction:
    • you agree not to use the materials on tor available through his Website for anything other than cricket coaching purposes.
  6. Use of the icoachcricket forum. As part of your access to this Website, you may be offered access the icoachcricket Forum (Forum). You acknowledge and accept that the Forum may be moderated. The ECB is not under any obligation to accept any posts and will not amend or edit posts to make them acceptable. All posts to the Forum are the views of the person making them and not the ECB. The ECB is not responsible for, or in any way liable in respect of, any messages or other materials posted in the Forum. When you use the Forum, you agree to comply with the license terms in the General Terms and Conditions in respect of your postings.
    IN THE EVENT THAT YOU DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE TERMS OF USE, ANY PERSON AFFECTED BY YOUR ACTIONS MAY BRING A CLAIM AGAINST YOU OR THE ECB. THE ECB MAY PURSUE A CLAIM AGAINST YOU FOR ANY LOSSES AND COSTS (INCLUDING LEGAL COSTS) WE MAY SUFFER AS A RESULT OF YOUR ACTIONS
  7. Other users. In the event you consider another user has posted materials which do not comply with these Terms of Use, please notify the ECB who will take appropriate action (which may include removing offending postings suspending, attaching conditions to or terminating the user’s access and/or notifying the authorities or relevant regulators of offending activities) as soon as reasonably practicable.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS OF USE SHALL AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE ICOACHCRICKET TERMS OF USE AT ANY TIME. THE NEW VERSION WILL BE POSTED ON THIS WEBSITE AND WILL TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING.
